Silky Moves Ltd has been providing high quality homes in central, east-of-city locations around Canary Wharf & Mile End for over 15 years. We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of accommodation at affordable, reasonable rents whilst ensuring an excellent personal service; important not only to those that are new to London but also those that are new to renting.
We take a genuine pride in our accommodation and have the modern facilities young professionals now expect. Within these delightful homes there are a multitude of sizes & layouts suit your penchant, taste and budget. The varied size of property available is between 3 to 6 bedrooms, all available on a shared amenities basis. You have the option between beautiful, split-level apartments and both traditional and contemporary houses, all of which are finished to a high specification.
Our traditional properties contain all of the charm and character synonymous with the time period, resplendent with high ceilings, chandeliers and full-height Georgian windows. The contemporary houses situated along quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sacs whisk you away from the bustle of the frenetic demands of work and ease you home to the epitome of modern living. Stunning duplex penthouses offer vast and varied communal dining, cooking & social spaces coupled with dramatic views of the ever-changing cityscape. The homes are clean, warm and comfortable yet reasonably priced. All fully furnished, the accommodation you can select from will all boast modern kitchens and striking bathrooms. Fresh bedding can also be provided if required. Medium to long-term lets are available from 6 months upwards. Occasionally shorter terms can be negotiated.
Whichever property you choose, they will have the required electric certification and where applicable, gas safety checks & HMO licences will also be on display. Properties are also fitted with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers.
Once you move in it doesn’t stop there. The company is accredited by the Local Authority of Tower Hamlets and proudly carries Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) logo demonstrating an ongoing commitment to a professional standard of management throughout your tenancy. All the main utility bills are included plus a regular cleaner will visit to keep the property looking its best. Your deposit will be protected as required by law to ensure that all tenants that respect their accommodation get their bond back promptly, and in full. In the rare event of a breakdown, a local maintenance company covers all emergency property repairs.
