Silky Moves Ltd has been providing high quality homes in central, east-of-city locations around Canary Wharf and Mile End for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on providing a good standard of accommodation at affordable, reasonable rents whilst ensuring an excellent personal service.
We take genuine pride in our accommodation and provide the modern facilities tenants expect. Within these delightful homes there are a multitude of sizes and layouts to suit your preferences, taste and budget. The varied properties available range from 3 to 6 bedrooms, all available on a shared amenities basis. You have the option of beautiful split-level apartments and both traditional and contemporary houses, all finished to a good specification.

The homes are clean, warm and comfortable yet reasonably priced. All are fully furnished, with modern kitchens and striking bathrooms.
Whichever property you choose, it will meet the required electrical safety standards and, where applicable, have the required gas safety checks and HMO licence. Properties are also fitted with smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors where required.
Once you move in, it doesn't stop there. The company is accredited by the Local Authority of Tower Hamlets and proudly carries the Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) logo, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to a professional standard of management throughout your tenancy.
All the main utility bills are included, and a regular cleaner will visit to keep the property looking its best. Your tenancy deposit will be protected in accordance with legal requirements and returned at the end of the tenancy, subject to any lawful deductions. In the event of a breakdown, a local maintenance company is available to deal with emergency property repairs.
