It is a 3 bedroom apartment with a large kitchen, a beautiful view of Canary Wharf and a huge balcony leading from the lounge. It has wooden flooring throughout the communal areas.

Bedroom 1

This is a large double room with an en-suite bathroom. It comes fully furnished with a double bed including bedding if required, 2 bedside cabinets & a chest of drawers. There is also a large walk-in wardrobe and is perfect for couples. The en-suite has been completely re-tiled and is immaculate. There are 2 'his & her's' mirrors, a shower, WC & basin plus a door leading onto the sun terrace.

This is quite a small double room (hence the price) with a small double bed, a wardrobe and bedside cabinet. So close to The Wharf this room is great value for money.

The main bathroom is absolutely amazing. It is very spacious and includes a huge luxury sunken bath. The room itself is split into 2 areas; the first has an enormous waist high to ceiling mirror, basin and WC, the second has the impressive 6' circular sunken bath in the centre with an 18" shower head above. The whole bathroom has just been sympathetically re-tiled.

The large kitchen/diner is stunning and has great views over one of the local marinas and over the Canary Wharf skyline. All the units are new with plenty of storage & loads of food preparation space. It has every modern convenience including; dishwasher, washing machine, microwave & oven plus there's plenty of storage. All the kitchenware is also provided.

There is an adjacent dining area with a circular glass table & 4 chairs. It's strikingly decorated and an original canvas by a local artist graces the wall.

The lounge has 2x new 3-seater sofas, a TV and makes a great snug. Leading from it is a large sun terrace with similar views over the marina & the Wharf.

The area itself is right on the doorstep of The Wharf. It is 2 mins from Blackwall station (Zone 2) & Canary Wharf station is a 7 min walk away. For trains, tube and buses you are spoilt for choice and you can be either in the City, West End or Stratford all in about 20 minutes.

There are plenty of local bars, restaurants and shops all on your doorstep and of course the benefit of everything Canary Wharf has to offer a few minutes walk away.

All the bills & a cleaner are included. I'm looking for non-smoking, easy going professionals who can fit in. Fluent English speakers only & preferably non-religious.

The deposit is 5 weeks rent.
