I have a beautiful double room with a double bed in a 4 storey, friendly period Georgian town house. The whole house is beautifully decorated, fully furnished and fully kitted out to a good standard all incorporated within a delightful character home.

Situated in a beautiful quiet corner of East London (much nicer than further north in Poplar) it is set opposite a picturesque church in its own quiet, leafy square.

BEDROOM 1

This is a large double. It has a king size bed with bedding if required, high ceilings with ornate coving & plenty of storage space. It is beautifully decorated, fully furnished & even a chandelier graces the room.

BEDROOM 2

This is a good size double. It has wooden shutters to furnish the traditional sash windows. It has a double bed, high ceilings with ornate coving & plenty of storage space. It is fully furnished including bedding if required & is similar to the photo illustrated.

BEDROOM 3

This is the huge master bedroom & is simply breath taking, it has wooden shutters & drapes to furnish the beautiful floor to ceiling sash windows. It has an ornate fireplace, a wooden floor & high ceilings with ornate coving.  There is plenty of storage space & is fully furnished including a king size bed & bedding if required.

BEDROOM 4

This is a good sized double room & is fully furnished with plenty of storage space. It has a double bed with bedding if required, an ornate fireplace & it is beautifully decorated.

The kitchen is large and bright and has a microwave, oven with gas hob, dishwasher & washing machine. There is plenty of storage and lots of preparation surfaces. Plus all the kitchenware is also provided.

The lounge is adjacent to the kitchen & so it's a really sociable arrangement. There is also a TV & 2 comfy sofas.

The house has a sunny south facing garden & patio - great for BBQ's!

The Zone 2 DLR station (either Blackwall or All Saints) & local amenities are less than 1 minute away. In one direction, Canary Wharf is only a short walk or a couple of DLR stops away & Stratford is the same distance the other way.

All the bills & a cleaner are included. I'm looking for a non-smoking, easy going professional who can fit in. Fluent English speakers only & preferably non-religious.

The deposit is 5 weeks rent.

(Including you there would be a maximum of 4 people in this house.)
